Chuck E. Cheese's Orlando Review

I took my 2 and 4 year old over to Chuck E. Cheese's today. This was our first time and I really expected more of a restaurant menu. That was really not a big deal and the place was clean and had a lot to offer and is a great deal at only 25 cents a ride with no entrance fee. The kids road a few rides while we waited for our pizza and then we set out to play a little more in the toddler area and some other rides.

What started out as good time, ended as another aggravating experience and attempt at giving my toddler a chance to have fun outside of our house. My little girl is 4 and very social when it comes to meeting and interacting with new kids, however my 2 year old son is not. It has to be a comfortable environment and of course well suited for toddlers. Chuck’s has a decent toddler area and even quite a few rides and games that he was enjoying. That quickly ended when the Storybook School’s kids finished eating their lunch and were released with little supervision. Yes, I will mention you all by name and a call you on it! Control your kids if you are going to take them out in a public place! It pisses me off so much when people don’t keep their bigger kids out of the toddler area and that’s even worse when the business doesn’t do anything about it either.

In these last two you will notice these kids in the toddler area jumping and running around out of control.  Not to mention one snatched one of the games out of my daughters had and said "give me that".  No, I didn't give her a smack, but just told her to wait her turn.

I guess we would probably give it another try, but we may just stick with our favorite, MJ's.  I would like to recognize Monkey Joe's as being the only place so far to keep control of their toddler areas and say that my kids always have a good time there.
